Meet Your Therapist
Priyanka Kothari
Integrative Psychotherapist (NCPS Accredited) | Based
in Manchester
Hi there,
My name is Priyanka Kothari. Nice to meet you!
Are you ready to work through the past and start building the future you actually want? With experience supporting women through the aftermath of difficult relationships, here’s what you need to know:
Expert You Can Trust: From working with wellbeing services and social services in England and Wales to now running a private practice in Manchester, I’ve supported women from all walks of life to heal trauma, rebuild confidence, and reclaim their identity; with a warm, down-to-earth approach rooted in evidence-based methods.
Qualified and Registered: I’m an integrative psychotherapist with a Master’s in Counselling, accredited with National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) and registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I draw from multiple therapeutic approaches, such as CBT, Psychodynamic, IFS, and DBT, while also weaving in neuroscience-informed tools like nervous system regulation and psychoeducation.
Tailored to You: Every client is different. I use an integrative approach to therapy, which means I can draw on multiple disciplines to shape the sessions to your unique needs, preferences, and goals. There’s no one-size-fits-all here; just thoughtful, collaborative work designed to move you forward.
Culturally Sensitive: I understand that our backgrounds shape how we see the world and process experiences. I have worked with women from many cultures and bring awareness of intersectionality and the challenges that navigating life in the UK can sometimes bring. This helps me create a space where every part of your identity feels understood and respected.
Long-Lasting Change: Therapy with me isn’t just about processing the past, it’s about building a stronger future. Alongside traditional therapy, I integrate coaching techniques to equip you with the tools to provide lasting emotional growth, resilience and independence.
I strive to leave every client better than when they found me. So, are you ready to begin? Click the button below to book your free, no-obligation 30-minute introductory session.
