Services & Fees
Online & In-Person Psychotherapy
I offer psychotherapy, sometimes called “talking therapy”, both in-person at my office in Manchester, as well as online.
I specialise in helping women who have experienced or are experiencing trauma. Women who are stuck in anxiety, self-doubt, or painful relationship cycles.
A Compassionate Approach That Gets Results
I blend deep psychotherapy with practical methods drawn from neuroscience which allow us to focus on how stress affects both your mind and body. This is important because it’s not just about your thoughts; stress can put your whole system in “threat” mode, keeping you on edge and making change feel impossible.
Together, I’ll help you calm that response, retrain habits and patterns, and build new ways of living that give you lasting empowerment and help you thrive.
Therapy That Is Tailored To You
Everyone is different, that’s why I tailor the therapy to you, your story and cultural background, recognising that who you are and where you come from shapes how you heal.
My training as an “integrative therapist” means I can draw from a range of different tools to tailor your therapy to your individual needs. These include:
-
Psychodynamic Therapy – we’ll explore how past experiences shape the way you see yourself and relate to others.
-
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) – I teach practical tools to change unhelpful thoughts and behaviours.
-
Internal Family Systems (IFS) – helps heal inner parts of yourself that feel conflicted or wounded.
-
Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) – builds skills to help you manage strong emotions and set healthy boundaries.
-
Somatic (Body) Regulation – calms your body and nervous system to reduce anxiety and stress.
-
Neuroplasticity-Informed Therapy – uses your brain’s ability to adapt to create lasting new patterns.

Women struggling with trauma related depression and anxiety
What brought you to therapy?
I met Priyanka at a point where I wanted to stop feeling anxious and depressed all the time. I've been in therapy on and off since I was a kid.
How would you describe your experience?
Working with Priyanka felt completely different. The way she works just clicked with me, and helped me actually start to change the patterns I'd been stuck in for years. She was incredibly sweet and genuinely empathetic. She would also create personalised resources after sessions, so I had something to hold onto in the week, which is something I never had before. I never thought my confidence could grow the way it has, and I see things so differently now. I recommend her to anyone who feels hopeless or stuck.

Women struggling with anxiety after an abusive past relationship
What brought you to therapy?
I’ve never been good at opening up about what’s really going on and I didn’t realise just how much I’d bottled up over the years.
How would you describe your experience?
Working with Priyanka has been genuinely life changing for me. She’s so patient and down to earth never put me on the spot but somehow asked the right questions that made me see things in a whole new way. After just a few sessions it felt like a weight had lifted I had a bit of hope and direction again that I hadn’t felt in so long. Before therapy I honestly thought I was broken and couldn’t be fixed, but Priyanka helped me see there is light at the end of the tunnel. I’ll be forever grateful for her support. Thank you ever so much.
